Q – What methods are used for shipping?

A – Orders are shipped from either our warehouse in the UK or South Africa.  We make use of drop shippers to offer you the best transit time and most attractive shipping rates. 

Delivery is usually within 5-21 working days with Royal Mail tracked package or within 3-7 days with DHL expres depending on your location.

Your telephone number will be recorded on the waybill in case you need to be contacted by the shipping company. Please make sure that you fill out the correct telephone numbers on your  order form.

 

Q – Can I cancel my order once I have placed it?

A - Since your order is important to us and we dispatch all orders within 3 – 12 hours.

If you cancel your order  after 3 hours since you have placed it please refer to the returns policy in order to return the items.

 

IMPORT DUTIES

Please be aware you may be required to pay extra duties and fees over and above payment for product and postage. These are fees charged by your country as per the Import Duty Legislation that is governed by your Country once the product is cleared by Customs.  These fees are NOT extra postal charges. This is a fee charged by your country and is not included and different to your product and postage fees.

It is your responsibility to know and understand your obligations before purchasing from this site.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions on this site, it is assumed that you are fully aware of your obligations once the Customs Department in your country determines import duty fees

Q – What is your refund policy?

A- We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to give a refund on a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, sealed, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

When sending the item back to us, please include a copy of your delivery note in the parcel , clearly stating your name, address, and order number on a separate paper document. On safe receipt, a refund for the item will be made.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend that you use a priority shipping service comparing to the one that was used to send your order.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser of the product once it is received by us.

Returned items must reach us in their original condition, including inner and outer packaging if applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will not include the delivery or packaging fees incurred from returning your goods to us. You are responsible for ensuring that your returned order reaches us. We cannot be held responsible if your returned order does not reach us within the allotted 7-day window. Returns & refunds are subject to a 25% handling fee.
